FAQ

1. How far in advance should I book a shoot?

Most clients book anywhere from two to six weeks ahead, especially for feature shoots or commercial work. If you have a tighter timeline, reach out. We will always try to accommodate when possible.

2. Do you work with all types of cars and brands?

Yes. We photograph builds, daily drivers, classics, exotics, and commercial brand projects. What matters most is the story you want to tell and the style you want to showcase.

3. How should I prepare my car for the shoot?

For the best results, we recommend bringing your car clean, detailed, and free of streaks or dust. Make sure wheels, glass, and interior surfaces are wiped down. If you have custom parts or special details you want highlighted, let us know ahead of time so we can build the shots around them. A clean car helps us capture the lines, reflections, and personality of your build exactly as you want it seen.

4. Can I request specific shots or styles?

Absolutely. We encourage clients to share any ideas, angles, or inspirations they have. Our goal is to blend your vision with our signature style to create a set that feels personal and cinematic.

5. Can I bring friends or the driver of the car to the shoot?

Of course. Many clients bring a friend or a passenger for rolling shots. As long as it does not interfere with safety or workflow, you are welcome to bring support.

6. What is included in the final delivery?

Your final images are delivered through a private Pixieset gallery where you can view, download, and order prints. The gallery stays live for easy access, and you can share it directly with friends, shops, and sponsors.
If you represent a brand, shop, or sponsor, we offer commercial licensing options. Just let us know the intended use so we can structure coverage that fits your goals.

7. Do you travel for shoots or events?

Yes. We travel for meets, private shoots, and event coverage. Travel costs vary by distance, and we discuss those details in advance so there are no surprises.

8. What happens if the weather is bad?

If the weather becomes unsafe or unsuitable for the type of shots planned, we reschedule at no cost. Night shoots and moody scenes can actually work in our favor, but we will always choose what keeps you and your car safe.
